Guitar Lessons

I have had one day of guitar lessons but had to cancel yesterdays do to this sickness that has taken over my world. I love it but I'm scared. I will have gone two weeks without a lesson and what if I'm doing everything wrong? I guess I have to stop freaking out and start practicing. I love it. I just need to remember to stop saying yes to everyone so I have some time for me too. Summer is here and just when I think things are slowing down....

I just accomplished my 3rd AWBC walk, having walked over 90 miles in three years and I've raised over $6000 so far. My mother-in-law is a BC survivor. I walk because I can't walk away. I believe that helping now will make a difference tomorrow.

Why I Walk

I cannot begin to explain all the reasons I walk to find a cure for Breast Cancer. I walk in Honor of some like my MIL Karen , my friend Jenni's three aunts and Margie Cash all SURVIVORS. I walk in memory of others like Pinhead, a family friend, and Monica Cooper who I never had the pleasure of meeting who were all taken from us to soon. I walk because

because

"Its about the MISSION not about the MILES."

Essencially I walk for the Avon Foundation because the $$$ we raise, over 78% goes back to the community and because it cares for the WHOLE woman (or man) and thier family not dropping $ into research only.
